1980 Utah National Parks Camper Patch Reissue. In 1980 the council ran out of patches prior to the end of summer. They had inventory left over from 1977 and 1978. The "fixed" date on both patches and used them to cover the rest of the summer. This is the 1978 patch with the adjusted date. Mint condition.
