Council Patches - CP
Council Patches are defined as a patch (other than a CSP) that has the council name but no specific activity listed on the patch.
Council patches date back to the beginning of Scouting. Usually round or fairly odd shaped they will all have the name of the council but no activity listed on them. Some may be an anniversary patch that can be tied to a specific date but most of them were used for several years in a row and have no date on them.
