World Crest and Program Ring
Program Ring Patches are a great way to show your pride in the Scouting program.
The World Crest patch is to recognize the Boy Scouts of American support for the World Scouting Organization. In 2010 to recognize the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America BSA created a ring patch to be worn around the World Crest patch. Since then the BSA has created several ring patches for large events. They have become so popular that custom ring patches for all of the programs have been made.
The World Crest patches along with the Boy Scouts of America Since 1910 and Messengers of Peace rings are official BSA patches. All other rings are custom patches.
